We are able to accommodate up to two (2) dogs that total up to 35 pounds. Dogs are allowed in designated rooms — including our VIP Stateroom #1 — as long as they are well-behaved, house-trained, and actively treated for ticks and fleas.

• There is a limit of two (2) dogs per room, and their total weight must be no more than 35 pounds.
• Dog owners are required to complete a dog waiver form on arrival.
• Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs on the property and in the neighborhood.

There is a strict limit to the number of total dogs allowed at Pilgrim House. If you plan to travel with your dog, you must verify that a dog-friendly room is available. We will ask for your dog’s name, weight, and type during the reservation process.

Fees

• For guests with dogs, a dog fee will be added to their hotel bill. Fees are based on room type:
  • Classic Room: $59/night per dog + tax
  • King Room: $99/night per dog + tax
  • VIP Stateroom: $139/night per dog + tax
• Additional fees starting at $250 may apply in the event of property damage, hardship, excessive cleaning, and/or fees incurred by Pilgrim House due to pet disturbances.

Additional Dog Rules

• We reserve the right to terminate occupancy without a refund if damage or disturbances persist.
• Guests are responsible for any/all personal injuries resulting from their dog.
• If your dog is accustomed to sleeping on furniture, we kindly ask that you bring your own blanket or sheet for the dog.
• Dogs are not to be left in guest rooms unattended if they may bark when left alone in new surroundings. If your dog is barking, we will contact you via phone to request an immediate return — within 15 minutes — to address the situation.
• If your dog continues to disturb guests, we reserve the right to enter the room and remove the dog from our premises.

Due to food service regulations, we cannot allow dogs in the inside dining area. However, dogs may accompany their owners on our outdoor patio on the second floor’s main level and outdoor deck.

At Pilgrim House, we love all types of pets, but only dogs are allowed on our property. Cats, ferrets, or any other type of non-canine animal are not permitted at Pilgrim House.
