  • RATES

    All room rates are based on single or double occupancy, except our 2 Bedroom Suite*.


    Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include 6% MA Lodging tax, 8.75% Provincetown Lodging & Short Term Impact tax, and 3% Cape Cod Water Protection Fund. 

    Weekend rates may apply Friday, and Saturday nights; a minimum stay may be required for most weekends

    *Maxiumum occupancy for our 2-Bedroom Suite is four (4) guests

    The fee for one (1) additional person in a guest room (if space permits) is $75/night

    Holidays and special events have higher rates and minimum stay requirements. These include but are not limited to Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Week, Bear Week, Carnival Week, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Women’s Week, Fantasia Fair, Halloween, Thanksgiving Weekend, Holly Folly Weekend, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s, Presidents’ Day Weekend, and other special events.   • DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

    Reservation Deposits

    A deposit of your total stay is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.


    Reservations of four (4) nights or longer require a 50% deposit

    Reservations of three (3) nights or less require a 100% deposit

    Reservations made within seven (7) days or less require a 100% deposit, are non-refundable, and non-transferable

    Promotional room rate sales require a 100% deposit, are non-refundable, and non-transferable

    All major credit cards are accepted. All deposits and payments are due in U.S. funds only. Checks are accepted for deposit only and must be received within two (2) weeks of the booking. Personal checks are not accepted for final payment.


    Final payment/balance due will be taken seven (7) days before arrival. In the event of early departure or no-shows, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

  • RESERVATION CHANGES

    We get it. 

    Things come up. Plans change.


    At Pilgrim House, we updated our room reservation changes policy to reflect the modern traveler’s needs.


    RESERVATION DEPOSITS

  • CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

    Check-in hours are between 3 and 6 pm.

    Please contact us to make arrangements for late check-in if you anticipate arriving after hours.


    Check-out time for guests and their cars is 10 am.

    Arrangements must be made in advance for late check-out and is conditional on availability that day.

    We reserve the right to charge a late fee of $25 per hour past 10am on a room that has not checked out.  


    Should you need to leave your luggage after check-out time, we will gladly store it at the front desk. Valid photo identification and a credit card are required for all reservations.

  • PARKING AT PILGRIM HOUSE

    Two (2) parking options are available when you stay at Pilgrim House.


    Reserved parking is available at Pilgrim House. Rates vary depending on the season. Please call ahead to check the current rates and availability. ON-SITE PARKING CAN ONLY BE RESERVED BY CALLING AHEAD at (508) 487-6424. 


    Pilgrim House Parking policies


    Parking at Pilgrim House is reserved for members of our Preferred Pilgrim Loyalty Program.

    Pilgrim House only has a limited number of on-site parking spaces. ON-SITE PARKING CAN ONLY BE RESERVED BY CALLING AHEAD at (508) 487-6424. 

    All guests must display a provided parking permit on the dashboard of their vehicle at all times.

    Parking is limited to one vehicle for each room.

    Please let us know in advance if you have a large vehicle*

    Three (3) electric vehicle charging station on-site parking spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

    Parking is at your own risk — we cannot be held responsible for damages or theft inflicted on your car while you are staying with us.

    Please note that while we do our best to provide parking for all our guests, we may not always guarantee space in our lot. *Due to limited space, trucks and oversized vehicles can only be accommodated at Public Parking lots.


    2) Public Parking in Ptown

    Provincetown has a limited amount of available parking. Plan ahead. 🙂


    Free Parking is available on the street and in town lots from November 1st thru March 31st

    Paid public parking is in effect from April 1st thru October 31st

  • DOGS

    CANINE ACCOMMODATIONS R US!

    Dogs at Pilgrim House

    Canine accommodations at Pilgrim House are reserved for members of our Preferred Pilgrim Program. Become a Preferred Pilgrim now! Membership is Free!


    We are happy to accommodate **dogs up to 35 pounds**. Pets are allowed in designated rooms as long as they are well-behaved, house-trained, and actively treated for ticks and fleas.

    There is a limit of 1 dog per room, weight must be less than 35 pounds.


    For guests with dogs, a dog fee of $100/night will be added to their hotel bill.


    Please call ahead to reserve your pet friendly room as we have limited availability.


    Service dogs are exempt from this fee however proper documentation is required to be available should we request to see the documentation upon arrival.


    You will be responsible for cleaning up after your pet on the property and in the neighborhood. Housekeeping will not enter a room with unattended pets.


    **Additional fees starting at $250 may apply** in the event of property damage, hardship, excessive cleaning, and/or fees incurred by Pilgrim House due to disturbance. We reserve the right to terminate occupancy without a refund if damage or disturbances persist. Added fees will also be charged if a room is not able to be rented until repairs are made due to the damage. This will equal the daily room rate of the room for up to 2 days after departure if repairs do take that length of time.


    Guests are responsible for any/all personal injuries resulting from their pets.


    Pets cannot be left in the room unattended if they may bark when left alone in new surroundings. If your pet is barking, we will contact you via phone. We expect an immediate return to address the barking. If you do not respond within 15 minutes and your pet is still disturbing guests, we reserve the right to enter the room and remove the dog from our premises and terminate your stay without a refund.


    Due to food service regulations, we cannot allow dogs in the inside dining area. However, we do have an outdoor patio on the main level and an outdoor deck on the second floor where dogs can accompany their owners during the warmer season.


    Dogs must be kept on a leash while in the public areas of the Inn.


    Guests must contact the front desk to arrange a convenient time for daily housekeeping services.


    There is a strict limit to the number of total dogs allowed at Pilgrim House. If you plan to travel with your dog, you must verify that a dog-friendly room is available. We will ask for your dog’s name, weight, and type during the reservation process.


    If your dog is accustomed to sleeping on furniture, we kindly ask that you bring your own blanket or sheet for the dog.


    Sorry, we are a dogs-only facility.

    At Pilgrim House, we love all types of pets, but only dogs are allowed on our property. Cats, ferrets, or any other type of non-canine animal are not permitted at Pilgrim House.

  • NO SMOKING

    Pilgrim House is 100% smoke-free.

    No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property. Guests smoking on property will be asked to leave without a refund. Failure to adhere to the smoking policy will result in a damage charge of $250. Outdoor smoking is permitted on Commercial St. or Bradford St.

  • LOST KEYS

    Please return your room key to the front desk door upon check-out.

    Keys not returned at the time of check-out will be subject to a lost key fee of $75 per key.

  • DAMAGES

    Each guest room is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure that all Pilgrim House guests enjoy a fresh, clean, perfectly appointed room. New guests are asked to notify the management or front desk immediately of any suspected prior damage or accidental damage(s) when they check-in.


    Guests are financially responsible for any, and all damages caused purposely or by accident during their stay. Pilgrim House is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
